Emily Bodamer is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing empathetic and nonjudgmental treatment for people with mental health disorders. She is known to hold authentic conversations with her patients to understand a person's individualized treatment goals and needs. She attended The Ohio State University and Kent State University.
Emily aims to make sure every patient feels safe, heard, and empowered to make their healthcare decisions. She conducts thorough assessments to provide a menu of evidence-based treatment options tailored to each patient. Then, she strives to formulate a treatment plan using shared decision-making. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels supported and validated in sharing their mental health concerns, confident in choosing treatment options, and accomplished when achieving their whole-person wellbeing goals.
